At Mini de Parfum, we offer a stress-free Return & Exchange Policy, since the day the product was received.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Mini de Parfum will provide you, the customer, with instructions on where to send returned goods. We strongly recommended getting proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that YOU are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
15-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY:
If a product breaks in the first 15-days - we offer a 100% exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, products must display damage or inability to function.
For exchanges, please email email@example.com with the subject ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name, and photo/video of damage.
When the exchanged email is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange.
If the exchange is approved, Mini de Parfum will ship a new product to the respected email address in 1-3 business days.
